Scenic Express – Feedback

28 November 2010 – Jess, Nowra I travelled with Priors bus today from Nowra to Parramatta and I just wanted to say thanks for a great trip! It was really convenient (pick-up and drop-off locations) and comfortable, the driver was really helpful and we remained on schedule the whole trip.

28 October 2010 – A. Baxter, Winston Hills My son travelled from Sydney to Nowra for the school holidays. I was a little apprehensive at first with him travelling alone however there were no issues. The driver and the passengers were great. We will be using this service again and have recommended Priors to friends.

5 October 2010 – Tara Chapman excellent service, such a safe and cruisey journey.

20 May 2010 – Mrs. Sadie Underwood I have travelled with your coach service for more than 10 years, have travelled by ship, plane, train and coach around Europe, Asia and America and none have matched the excellence in service I have received while travelling on Priors Scenic Express.

I wish to extend my appreciation to the staff, especially the drivers for their efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness, all contributing to the scenic beauty of the trip.

I look forward to travelling on Priors Scenic Express and for that I am sincerely grateful.

27 January 2010 – Mrs Fuller complimented our Scenic Express service in general, but particularly for the excellent and friendly service her grandson received when he travelled with us.

21 January 2010 – Mrs B Reid complimented our drivers for their driving and excellent attitude to passengers

24 February 2009 – Mrs Allison travelled on the Scenic Express to Nowra, it was a full coach and it was foggy on Mount Cambewarra, the Coach Captain handled the coach beautifully, she felt so safe with the Coach Captain driving even though it was bad weather.

21 January 2009 – Mrs Browyn Reid went to Sydney on our coach service, complimented our Coach captains on their driving and excellent attitude to the customers. She lives in Newcastle and in future will catch us from Parramatta.

28 December 2008 – Mrs Mary Brown Many thanks to the Coach Captains and booking girl and the service I received. What an eye opener it was to see the drivers giving way to cars coming up and down the Valley, received may car toots for that. Dropped off at my house how a 79 year old women was grateful for his (the Coach captains) kindness.

22 May 2008 – Mrs J Oakley thank you for a reliable safe service to Sydney. Your coaches are clean and comfortable and drivers expert at their jobs and smart and polite

8 May 2008 – Mrs Watt expressed compliments on the trip and she loved the way the Coach Captain assisted the elderly and how polite he was.

7 May 2008 – Mrs L Akin at 82 years old was getting too old to travel, she wanted to thank us for our service, the comfortable coaches we provided and the quality of drivers. She has travelled with all the other coach companies over the years, but said our Coach Captains were marvelous

29 November 2007 – Mr McGovern travelled both from Sydney and return. Expressed compliments at the quality of our Coach Captains and how they looked after him on both trips.

12 February 2007 – Mrs Jeanette Hay expressed her appreciation at the way we operate our service. The drivers are courteous and really careful and the office staff are so friendly and efficient.

14 January 2007 – Dr Geddes travelled to Sydney during the holidays. It was busy and the coach was fully booked, but the Coach Captain handled the situation very well

27 December 2006 – Mrs J Kelly travelled on the service and complimented the Coach Captain, also said she could not find any faults with our service

21 November 2005 – Mrs Langmack travelled on the Scenic Express service and rang to compliment the Coach Captain for being so kind and for helping her find the taxi rank

18 October 2005 – Monica Slezak complimented two Coach Captains. She admired how well they drive up the mountain and how polite they were

29 June 1997 – Mrs Pat Vaughan a quick trip to Sydney became a source of delight, the style of the Coach Captain and his attention to the passengers, seat belts travelling through Kangaroo Valley and our break at Fitzroy Falls and an exceptionally clean coach
