Scenic Express – Terms & Conditions of Carriage
Passengers wishing to travel on Priors Scenic Express must book before boarding. Passengers with ticketed bookings may change their travel or "open" date their ticket up until the date of departure.
All bookings are non refundable, but can be transferred to another service or made "open" (for up to 3 months from date of issue).
Fares are subject to change without prior notice. Discounted fares are only applicable for the date they were available.
Passengers should be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage per passenger anyone wishing to carry more than that should get prior approval. Passengers wishing to carry large items like a bike or surfboard should also get prior approval (at time of booking). Charges will be made for excessive luggage, bikes and surfboards. Bikes should have the wheels removed and chain covered.
Priors Scenic Express reserves to right to refuse to carry any passenger who does not meet minimum dress standards or who are not sufficiently washed or cleaned before boarding OR who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol OR who acts in a violent, disorderly or aggressive manner towards the Coach Captain or other passengers. Priors does not accept responsibility for any additional costs occurred as a result of refusal to carry a passenger who has had travel refused.
It is against Priors policy to carry children of 11 years and under unless they are accompanied by a chaperone (parent/guardian or passenger over 15 years of age) who accepts full responsibility for the child for the whole trip. Children between the age of 12 and 14 years will be carried provided they have completed an "Unaccompanied Child Form". The form must be completed by the parent /guardian giving full contact details of responsible parties at both the point of boarding and at destination.
